OnlyWizzle respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond to proper notifications of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on OnlyWizzle in a way that constitutes infringement, please send us a written notice including the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Website.

  4. Contact information of the complaining party, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringers

OnlyWizzle reserves the right to terminate accounts or block access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
